All dreams and wishes are shipped by geographic and supply location. We do this so that our dreamers can receive the best possible service in a timely manner. 

You can expect delivery confirmation or tracking information e-mail when the order is picked up from the carrier (ie Fedex, OnTrac, UPS, or USPS). All orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days Monday thru Friday.

Also, please make sure you have a good e-mail address on file and your e-mail box isn't full to ensure you receive communication from us.
