When will my order ship?
All dreams are generally processed within 1-2 business days. You will be contacted if there is a delay.

During November and December, shipping companies may be overwhelmed and shipping may be delayed. Please consider upgrading to Expedited Shipping. 

What shipping couriers do you use?
We use USPS, Fedex, & UPS among others. Shipping method is determined by item, quantity, price, weight, and destination. At this time, it is not possible to specify which method other than "Standard" and "Expedited."

Can you cancel my dream?
We are not able to cancel a dream once its been shipped for more details visit Your Account and/or Terms & Conditions.

The USPS, FedEx, or UPS site says you didn't drop off the package? What's going on?
With the USPS they do not have tracking numbers unless it is sent 1-day express. They have what you call a "delivery confirmation." This means the message will not change until you get your package in your hand. Do not mistake this for a tracking number. It just basically states that we printed out a label and sent it off, then the status changes ONLY when it is delivered.

Fedex and UPS have tracking confirmation, but like USPS the status of a shipment doesn't change until after 24 hours. Only Expedited and Overnight packages update more quickly since this method is much faster than ground shipments.

An item is damaged or missing. What do I do?
Damages or a missing product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. When the product leaves our hands, the product is brand new or in the condition stated in the description.

Do you offer a warranty?
All of our Electronic products contain a manufacturer's warranty card inside the product and it is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer if you are having problems.

I sent a message to you. How come you don't answer immediately?
All inquiries are answered in a timely manner, usually within 1 business day. We have created our FAQs page to answer most questions, but if your question cannot be answered within the FAQs please visit our Contact Us page.
